At Khaled Abouda Digital Marketing (khaledmktg.com), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested for our packages and services.

By purchasing any service or package from us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services (Starter, Growth, Pro, SEO Only, Paid Ads Only, Social Media) operate on the following terms:

  • Cancellation notice: A minimum of 14 days written notice is required before the next billing cycle to cancel a monthly subscription.
  • Refunds for the current month: Payments already made for the current active month are non-refundable, as work for that period has already commenced.
  • Future months: If proper notice is provided, no further charges will be applied for subsequent months.
  • Partial refunds: If a cancellation is requested within the first 3 business days of a new billing cycle and no significant work has been delivered for that cycle, a partial refund of up to 50% of that month's fee may be considered at our discretion.

3. One-Time Project Services

One-time services such as Website Design apply the following policy:

  • Before project kickoff: A full refund (minus any payment processing fees) is available if cancellation is requested before the project officially begins.
  • After kickoff — less than 25% complete: A 50% refund of the total project fee will be issued.
  • After kickoff — 25% to 50% complete: A 25% refund of the total project fee will be issued.
  • More than 50% complete: No refund is available. The deposit or any amounts paid are non-refundable once more than half of the deliverables have been completed.

4. Ad Spend Budget

Ad spend budget paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.) is entirely non-refundable as it is passed directly to the advertising platforms and is not controlled by us once transferred. Only our management fee — not the ad spend — is subject to this refund policy.

5. Grounds for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to begin or complete the agreed service due to reasons on our side.
  • A technical error or duplicate charge occurred during payment processing.
  • The service delivered materially differs from what was agreed in the signed proposal or contract.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with campaign results, as digital marketing performance depends on market conditions and platform algorithms outside our control.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of assets, approvals, or access).
  • Change of mind after work has commenced.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us in writing:

Please include your full name, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method (PayPal or bank transfer). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services.
